What does the building report include?

PanamaProp's building report includes the building's active sale and rental listings with their asking prices, the median price per m² for the building and its area, the number of new listings from the last 30 days, and the demand registered on the platform. Every section shows the date of its data; if a section lacks sufficient data, it is not shown — no figures are made up.

How much does my building's report cost?

Nothing. The building report is free and appears on screen instantly. Only one contact detail (WhatsApp or email) is requested, with express consent under Panama's Law 81/2019, so the report can be sent and followed up if the owner wishes.

Does PanamaProp sell my property?

PanamaProp does not offer brokerage services today. What it offers owners is information: a report with real building data, market guidance, and the team's support when the time comes to decide. The intermediation of a sale is always executed by a licensed real estate broker.

How do I know how much my apartment in Panama is worth?

An honest reference starts with what the market is asking today: the asking prices of active units in the same building and the area's median price per m². The building report brings both references together with visible dates. It is not an official appraisal — a certified value requires a professional valuation.

Where does the report's data come from?

From listings published by brokers on Panama's real estate portals, which PanamaProp indexes and cross-references by building and area, plus the demand registered on the platform itself. Every figure carries its cut-off date. If the sample is insufficient, the report says so instead of estimating.

What happens with my personal data?

Contact details are used only to deliver the report and follow up with the owner, in accordance with Panama's Law 81/2019. The form does not ask for the reason for selling or financial data. Data deletion can be requested at any time from PanamaProp's privacy page.
