El peor lugar para vivir area social lleno de hongos qué pueden ir en contra de todas las leyes de salubridad gimnasio mal mantenido filtraciones mal mantenimiento de la mayoría del edificio en sí mucha humedad y ni hablemos de la JD lo único bueno de todo el ph son los guardias y la tiendita qué tienen abajo si pudiera darle 0 estrellas sin duda se lo daria

Un edificio con una estructura de filtraciones, humedad y hongos por los cuales administración, propietarios ni JD se hacen responsables. Adicional no cuentan con administración de planta, las leyes están para unos y para otros no (en especial JD), sin mencionar ciertas unidades del personal en general.

He vivido varios años en la ciudad y este lugar ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en la ciudad. Hay filtraciones de humedad y nadie se hace responsable. La administración es pésima y, encima, quieren cobrar obligatoriamente por mudarte (así uses solo escaleras).
