Son muchas las cosas buenas que tiene (súper céntrico , todo tranquilo aldedor y buena vista) pero no recomiendo comprar. Primero son muy caros y no hay agua. Literal. Vivimos como chogorros y debemos recoger agua en cubos, ellos le dicen “tomar previsiones” asi que estamos igual que la gente en Pacora. Ah pero cuota de mantenimiento es siempre la misma. Elevadores: mal mantenimiento y siempre están dañados o apagados. Mantenimiento muy caro y nisiquiera se tiene piscina. No todos los edificios cuentan tampoco con área social. se tiene un bohio chiquito pero hasta ahi. Y la cancha (antes era solo 1 ahora al menos hay 2 ) a veces esta bien a veces esta mal. Los acabados para ser un edificio tan caro, son malísimos. Y producto de andar cerrando y abriendo el agua, el moho comienza a salir a las habitaciones por lo que debes hacer un tratamiento a la pared si o si. Grietas: tenemos en toda la casa y nadie se hace responsable . En fin, sino sigo.

Este es el PH. Mystic Tower, un conjunto residencial de apartamentos ubicado en la Av. José Agustín Arango en la ciudad de Panamá. Está muy bien ubicado, ya que está justo al frente de la Zona Paga de El Balboa y muy cerca de supermercados, farmacias tiendas de conveniencia, bancos y restaurantes de comida rápida de marcas reconocidas inrernacionalmente. Les dejo por aquí esta reseña y espero que sea de mucha utilidad. Gracias.

Es bueno para vivir, pero la gente que vive hay y trabajan son muy chismosa andan pendiente de que hace el vecino, para poder meter o sacar pertenencia de uno es un problema hay que estar enviando correo como si esa residencia fuera el Trump, no la recomiendo para vivir
