Mi esposo y yo alquilamos el apartamento 2B con la esperanza de encontrar un hogar cómodo y acogedor. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia estuvo marcada por una serie de problemas desde el principio. Desde nuestra primera visita, notamos algunos problemas, como una filtración en el techo de la terraza y la necesidad de repintar una de las habitaciones. A pesar de solicitar estos arreglos, al regresar para una segunda visita, encontramos que los problemas no se habían solucionado por completo. Además, nos sorprendió encontrar el apartamento en condiciones de limpieza inaceptables. Las sábanas estaban sucias, el colchón en mal estado, e incluso encontramos una lagartija muerta en la heladera. A pesar de comunicar estos problemas a la dueña y enviar fotos como evidencia, su respuesta fue evasiva y poco colaborativa. Decidimos limpiar el apartamento por nuestra cuenta, pero cada vez que avanzábamos encontrábamos más suciedad y desorden. La actitud de la dueña ante nuestras quejas fue poco receptiva, llegando incluso a minimizar nuestros problemas. Finalmente, decidimos abandonar el apartamento debido a las condiciones inaceptables en las que se encontraba. A pesar de nuestra buena disposición para resolver los problemas y nuestra voluntad de cooperar, nos encontramos con una situación en la que no nos sentíamos cómodos ni seguros. En resumen, nuestra experiencia en el apartamento 2B fue decepcionante y frustrante. Consideramos importante agregar que parece ser una práctica habitual de la propietaria alquilar el apartamento en condiciones precarias para que los inquilinos se marchen y pueda quedarse con el depósito de garantía. Esta falta de ética y respeto hacia los inquilinos es preocupante y debe ser tenida en cuenta por futuros inquilinos al considerar este alquiler.
