Es uno de los edificios más modernos de Obarrio con acabados de muy buena calidad y con 3 pisos de áreas sociales convirtiéndose en un edificio incógnito en el centro de la Ciudad. Actualmente el edificio es 100% eléctrico y respaldado por dos plantas eléctricas.

Es un edificio tranquilo y con una convivencia pacífica, ideal para familias jóvenes. El personal es amable y educado. El barrio es céntrico y a distancias caminables de restaurantes, bares y centros comerciales.

Es un buen Ph donde alquilar y residir, el edificio es tranquilo, esta muy cuidado, sus aéreas sociales no están masificadas, y el personal que lo atiende es muy eficaz. Está muy bien ubicado, puede ir a muchos lugares caminando, sin necesidad de carro.
