Tenemos 2 años viviendo en este lugar. El apartamento es bonito pero no vale lo que pagamos por la renta. Tenemos vista al mar, que nos la vendieron como lo máximo del sitio, sin embargo es vista al gran basurero que se hace en la bahía. Es un asco. El barrio que está al lado de Panamá Viejo es muy escandaloso y hay fines de semana que no puedes dormir en paz. Justo ahora están construyendo las torres Ipanema (ojo "Waterfront view", que en realidad será "Garbage front view"). Hay ruidio constante desde las 7am hasta las 5pm. Estas son razones suficientes para comenzar a buscar otro sitio, esta vez más cuidadosamente.
