Excelente ubicación, apartamentos cómodos.

Esta bien ubicado y los conserjes son muy amables y pendientes del aseo del edificio. Pero tienen un serio problema con la plaga de palomas que no logran erradicar, que hace que el uso del área social sea un poco insalubre, la piscina siempre tiene palomas. Si usted, alguien de su familia o visita es fumador este NO es su edificio, no hay áreas dispuestas para ello y la gente tiene que ir a la calle fuera del espacio del edificio para fumar. Buena administración siempre atenta al cumplimiento de las reglas.
