Publicidad engañosa, cuando compramos el ph decian tener cosas que no tienen, picina de mosaicos falsa es solo una alfombra de plastico, imponen pagos de servivios que no cumplen debidamente, el precio es exagerado para lo que realmente vale, sin mencionar que el apartamento tiene todo hecho de mala calidad, todos los muebles cartón comprimido y rajaduras en todas las paredes, también la administración no tiene buen trato a los recidentes se siente una atención pasivo agresiva, eviten problemas y busquen cualquier ogro lugar.

Las pastillas sucia todo el tiempo! El área de juego de los niños está sucio siempre de heces de palomas! Muchos apartamentos tienen filtraciones! La junta directiva pasada en la reunión de propietario cuando le cuestionamos sobre los gastos mensuales, no supieron como respondernos y renunciaron (junta directiva de la promotora)
