Construido en 2010, cuenta con un elegante lobby con aire acondicionado, garita y seguridad 24 horas, elevadores, terraza, área exterior con sillas para esperar al aire libre y es pet-friendly. Entre sus amenidades ofrece dos piscinas, gimnasio, salón de eventos y área de juegos para niños. Compre en ese PH hace 6 años y hasta el momento mi apto ha sufrido problemas de filtración crónicas, tanto la constructora como la inmobiliaria se han hecho los locos y no me dan soluciones, 6 años con el mismo problema de filtración y cada vez peor, tengo entendido que no soy el único con dicho problema ya que nos hemos reunidos varios dueños que sufrimos de esa problemática. En la actualidad el apto está inhabitable, imposible vivir en ese coladero! He buscado de mil maneras que la constructora o la inmobiliaria se hagan responsable de los daños ocultos con los que me entregaron el apartamento pero solo recibo falsas respuestas, continuo pagando la letra en el banco y continuo pagando la administración del ph debido a la responsabilidad que adquirí con banco general y que la administración no son responsable de los daños ocasionados por esta inmobiliaria Q
