Cuenta con dos torres de edificios departamentales, cada una con dos elevadores y escaleras de Emergencias hasta su piso 15, donde se localiza el área de eventos. En el piso 1 o 2, se localiza el área social que conecta ambas torres. El cuerpo de seguridad y limpieza son muy amables y atentos. Cuenta con tuberías de gas y agua potable. Cada departamento cuenta con 2 o más habitaciones, lavandería, cocina, sala, balcón, baño en recámara principal y un baño compartido

Estaria perfecto si erradicaran a un@s cuant@s vecin@s con una falta de respeto y educacion bastante notable. Arrojan sus basuras, desechos, liquidos, solidos por sus terrazas a la terraza del primero con total impunidad y sin verguenza ni pena. Esos que suelen ser l@s mism@s que utilizan las 5 hojas de normas que firmas al entrar como papel higienico. Por lo demss, perfecto
