Un edificio residencial con buena ubicación, vista y restaurantes cerca. Tiene un Cafe Unido abajo y tienditas. Lobby es espacioso pero le falta un poco de servicio al cliente el seguridad/garita. No encontre estacionamientos de visita tampoco.

Por el lado negativo, el edificio tiene filtraciones crónicas que resolver, el área de los estacionamientos necesita ya una mejora, principalmente pintura y pulimiento de algunas áreas del piso. El lobby necesita una remodelación y muebles nuevos. Al ser un edificio de 10 años aprox, los pisos no tienen juntas de expansión. Por el lado positivo, tiene muy lindas vistas al mar, el barrio es muy bueno, hay tiendas y restaurantes muy convenientes abajo, los aptos estan bien diseñados, la junta directiva es proactiva: han hecho una buena renovación del área social y se nota la intención de seguir mejorando. El personal de seguridad es estricto y detallista, y eso es bueno para la seguridad y el cumplimiento del reglamento.

El edificio ha cambiado radicalmente, la nueva administracion remodelo el area social, la piscina, y cambio toda el area comun. Pronto se pintara completamente, y se ha cambiado el personal de limpieza, seguridad y demas. El edificio continua en constante cambio y va mejorando poco a poco. Cuenta con lavanderia, farmacia, tienda de conveniencia y el Restaurante Unido en la Planta Baja. Tiene 12 estacionamientos de visita
